Deliveries are still running as usual with extra hygiene measures in place as advised by the Government.

WILL I STILL GET MY UK ORDER WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, all UK orders will still be sent out with DPDs next day delivery service for mainland UK postcodes for orders placed by 1:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that there may be 24 hour delays to certain postcodes, depending on how busy DPD are in your local area.
You can track your parcel delivery date using your DPD tracking number. Go to www.dpdlocal.co.uk to check. Or give us a call on 020 7164 6045 and we will check for you.
SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT TOUCHING A DELIVERY BOX?
No, Public Health England (PHE) has stated that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting COVID-19. It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.
WHAT IF I DON'T WISH TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH A DELIVERY DRIVER?
Contact free delivery is now the standard process for most carriers and you will not be asked to sign their handheld units.
If you are self-isolating, please leave a note attached to your front door instructing the driver where your parcel should be left.
If anything changes, we will let you know from this page and email you if necessary.
