Will I still get my order with next day delivery?
Yes, we are still offering next day delivery via DPD for mainland UK postcodes in one hour time slots for all orders placed by 1:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that there may be delays to certain postcodes.
You can track your parcel delivery date using your DPD tracking number. Go to www.dpdlocal.co.uk to check. Or give us a call on 020 7164 6045 and we will check for you.
Should I be worried about touching a delivery box?
No, Public Health England (PHE) has stated that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.
What if I don't wish to come into contact with a delivery driver?
Contact free delivery is now DPDs standard process and you will not be asked to sign their handheld units. DPD states "With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels."
If you are self-isolating, please leave a note attached to your front door instructing the DPD driver where your parcel should be left.
