US/Canada bedding sizes: Approximate matches to UK sizes are US King/UK Super king, US Queen/UK King, US Full/UK Double and US Twin/UK Single.
European bedding sizes: Each size - Single, Double, King and Grand king - is a little larger than the UK equivalent.

The two UK superking bedding sizes you need to know: 180cm x 200cm is a superking bed and mattress size; 260cm x 220cm is the size of a superking duvet and superking duvet cover.
King bed, duvet & bedding size guide
The king size duvet cover is a particularly popular size and measures 230cm x 220cm / 90 x 86 inches. UK bed linen will not necessarily be the same size as European or US bed linen.
Single bed, duvet & bedding size guide
The 3 main UK single bedding sizes you need to know: 90 x 190cm is the size of a single bed, single mattress and single fitted sheet. 135cm x 200cm is the size of a single duvet. 140 x 200cm is the size of a single duvet cover.
Double bed, duvet & bedding size guide
There are 2 key UK double bedding sizes you need to know: 135cm x 190cm is the size of a double bed, double mattress and double fitted sheet. 200cm x 200cm is the size of a double duvet and double duvet cover.
