I had been looking for a pillow to support my neck, since surgery, I have struggled to find a supportive pillow, I had tried all shapes and sizes of pillow, until I came across Scooms.
Nice soft towels with plenty of body. Bath sheets are a nice size.

First of all…the costumer service team is AMAZING! When there was a shipping glitch with my duvet cover, they promptly helped me solve the problem and ensured I received my parcel.
The product is amazing. Soft, easy to place inside a cover, no feathers sticking out…it’s mildly weighted which makes me sleep like a dream.
It was packaged well and came out of the packaging and fluffed up immediately… after about 20 minutes it was at full capacity.
I haven’t had it long, but look forward to seeing how it wears over time. Overall, very satisfied with the product.
I recommend measuring careful…I live in the US and a King duvet for better than a Queen would have…. Read the company’s suggestions on US sizing carefully.
The reason it wasn’t a 5 star review for me was because of the shipping glitch… but it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Good Quality towels, but could definitely be fluffier! The biggest downfall and reason I won't think I'd buy again is the awful logo label on all of them. Something of quality doesn't need a big logo or brand plastered visibly on every item.
I ordered one of these a couple of years ago and it is still like new. Lovely quality, washes very well, needs minimal ironing despite its size...altogether a very good product.
The best pillow I’ve ever slept on!
I find the double core structure works wonderfully as the pillow retains the shape and height through the night yet remains soft and cloud-like.
The medium/firm worked a bit better for me as a side sleeper than the soft/medium, but this is only a personal preference.
The product promised a silky soft feel and didn't disappoint. Met expectations. Not light-weight but relatively easy to handle. Happy with the value for money of the Super-king bundle.
Beautiful silk pillowcases and incredible packaging! Love the way the pillow slides in the case and there is no fiddly zip… The customer service was impeccable and I will definitely be purchasing more items!
Very nice sheets good size and quality, not quite as soft as I thought they would be. Sent out next day and I love the sheets packed in the little sheet bags which felt softer to me than the actual sheets.
I have been searching for a really comfortable pillow for years, previous purchases have been ok but just not “quite right”. This pillow is a game changer!

Fantastic feel, weight and warmth - I'm a hot sleeper, so I bought the 4.5 and the 2.5 together and the quality is fantastic - superb investment and wouldn't buy anything else from now on.

I bought these to replace some of my old hand towels, which are over 30 years old and extremely absorbent, although fraying badly at the edges now! These are very soft and look and feel high quality, and wash well, but aren’t as absorbent as I was hoping. I think it does take quite a few washes with any new towel though, before the absorbency improves. I also bought some cheaper ones from different high street stores to compare, and there is not much difference in absorbency, so I prefer the Scooms towels. I would agree with other reviewers that it would be more useful to have the hanging loop in the middle of the long side, rather than the short side? Would definitely buy again.
I did a lot of research before choosing this duvet. My old down duvet is over 30 years old and although I loved it, it has been gradually losing down and not feeling as warm. But what made me finally take the plunge was moving to a house where the main bedroom turned out to be very cold in winter. I start to feel cold at temperatures where others still feel comfortable, so was looking for a 13.5 tog down duvet. I also prefer duvets to feel heavy, as I find it helps me sleep better. Having looked at other down duvets and read lots of reviews and comparison articles, I decided to go for the Scooms 13.5 tog all seasons combo. Although it was well out of my budget, I felt that it if lived up to the reviews, it would be a good investment and probably last me the rest of my life. I also liked the ethos of the company.
I have not been disappointed – this is the most amazing duvet, and it is in a completely different league to my old one. I’m currently using the 9 + 4.5 tog duvets attached together, and even when the room was freezing, the duvet kept me comfortably warm. It is very thick, but soft and fluffy and plumps up well, and it does feel like sleeping under an enveloping cloud, as others have said. The cover looks, and is, very high quality and there is no crackly noise or feeling sharp feathers poking through. One detail I noticed, is that when the two duvets are attached together, the seams are staggered, which helps retain heat even more.
I have been sleeping so much better since I got this duvet, and no longer dread going to bed when the temperature is below freezing. I also like knowing that I can change to one of the lower tog duvets in summer.
I would say again that this duvet does feel heavy, which I love, but this is something to be aware of if you prefer a lighter covering.
My only (very minor) issue with the duvet is, as others have pointed out, that the attachment clips aren’t very strong and can come apart easily and get lost inside the duvet cover. Some work better than others, so after Emily kindly send out a replacement pack of clips, I was able to choose the strongest ones and they are mostly holding together now. I feel a toggle type version of the clip would maybe work better?
Another reviewer stated, “I had no idea how much I needed this duvet”. I’m borrowing the phrase, as it sums up my experience as well!

Having suffered with a bad neck for a while I persuaded my husband to get a new pillow - his neck is much improved and he is very happy with the support of the pillow yet it is also soft.
I am very satisfied with my purchase of the All Season 7 Tog duvet. Initially, I used both duvets together for a couple of days, but I found them too hot and had to separate them. Currently, I am using the 4.5 Tog duvet, which works perfectly for this winter. My house is well insulated, so I believe the combination of the 4.5 Tog and 2.5 Tog is sufficient for me. The only downside is that the duvet is not as fluffy as I expected.
My Brother told me about this company and I must say he was right the beding is great. Sleeping like a baby.

I’ve spent years and a lot of money trying different types of pillows and I believe I’ve finally found my pillow with the soft down pillow. I wasn’t sure whether to order the soft/medium or medium/firm and reached out to customer service who were happy for me to order both so I could try them side by side before deciding. I honestly thought I’d go with the medium/firm but actually preferred the soft/medium so this is probably where I’ve gone wrong with past pillows. I’ll be sticking with these pillows from now on! They are worth the money as they are well made, fluff up perfectly every time and feel great to sleep on.
I order the all season Hungarian goose down duvets for the whole family. I must say the feeling from first use has been great. The down is well distributed, and the duvet plumps up nicely in a cloud-like manner for a cozy and luxurious embrace. Very comfortable and warm to sleep in.
My only reservation is about the duvet fasteners (poppers) which are not very stable and come off quite easily during use.
We are using 1x super king, 1x king and 2x single all seasons duvets in the household and everyone is extremely satisfied with with the products.
To me personally, it speaks of the great quality of their products that Scooms has the confidence of offering 60-day return policy. Highly recommended!
The Hungarian goose feather & down mattress topper - is a revelation, it has made the bed so comfortable - highly recommended.
