I’ve spent years and a lot of money trying different types of pillows and I believe I’ve finally found my pillow with the soft down pillow. I wasn’t sure whether to order the soft/medium or medium/firm and reached out to customer service who were happy for me to order both so I could try them side by side before deciding. I honestly thought I’d go with the medium/firm but actually preferred the soft/medium so this is probably where I’ve gone wrong with past pillows. I’ll be sticking with these pillows from now on! They are worth the money as they are well made, fluff up perfectly every time and feel great to sleep on.
I order the all season Hungarian goose down duvets for the whole family. I must say the feeling from first use has been great. The down is well distributed, and the duvet plumps up nicely in a cloud-like manner for a cozy and luxurious embrace. Very comfortable and warm to sleep in.
My only reservation is about the duvet fasteners (poppers) which are not very stable and come off quite easily during use.
We are using 1x super king, 1x king and 2x single all seasons duvets in the household and everyone is extremely satisfied with with the products.
To me personally, it speaks of the great quality of their products that Scooms has the confidence of offering 60-day return policy. Highly recommended!
The Hungarian goose feather & down mattress topper - is a revelation, it has made the bed so comfortable - highly recommended.
I could have not bought one, as I have two regular duvets and blankets, yet it is sooo nice to have one duvet, the Scooms one. I feel worth it, worth living in luxury.
Lovely quality towels. Personally, I would have preferred the bath sheet a little smaller and the bath towel a little bigger. I would also preferred them for sale individually rather than in pairs. But I can't fault the towels themselves!
Could be a lot softer, hoping it would be like the duvets which are excellent. Time will tell!

We needed a new King Size duvet, whilst very happy with our M&s Goose Down one, we had use for that one elsewhere. So, after reading lots of reviews I decided to splash out on the Scooms product. Ee spend so much of our lives in bed, we might as well have a fabulous duvet. I told my partner about the 60 day return possibility and when I followed him to bed he said "forget 60 days, İ can tell you after five minutes that we are keeping this duvet!" There's no "rustle" from the cover, it's light and puffy and just....... glorious. I'm recommending it to all of my friends. Ps only used the 9 Tog part so far but I see the poppers to attach the other part are also a very different design.

We purchased our duvet about four months ago, so this review is based on having used the duvet that long.
This is my third down duvet, they last a long time if well looked after and I wouldn’t want to use anything else now.
The Scooms duvet isn’t 100% down so is a little heavier than 100%, but it’s also more sumptuous and plush as a result, and you don’t notice any feathers at all.
The 13.5 tog comes as a two part ’all seasons’ duvet, and this is a first for us as well.
Until a week ago we were only using one part of the duvet, but then the cold weather struck so we clipped it together (such a good and easy system), and snuggled down to the full experience.
I was worried I’d be too hot, but not a bit of it. It is just glorious! I am soo in love with it that I don’t begrudge what seemed a rather expensive price tag at the time. Believe me, it’s really worth it, and you definitely get what you pay for!
I’ve also realised that an added bonus of the ‘all seasons’ system is that I should be able to wash it in my own washing machine come summer!
PS - do also buy the set of 4 tumble drier ‘tennis balls’, they are exactly what you need for drying down pillows and duvets! My old double duvet eased well and is now relegated to the spare room :)
PPS I aired mine for a few days in the spare room (shaking it occasionally), before using it, to allow it to really fluff up.
Who knew that the thing you’ve been waiting your entire life to experience, is a silk pillowcase? I received mine for Christmas and the first night I wasn’t too sure, and removed it. But then I put it back in with clean sheets and both parts of my Scooms duvet, and have been sleeping in heaven ever since. It’s sooo soft and sooo snuggly and when you are done sitting up in bed reading you can just slip down easily into slumber.
It’s also generously sized which really helps when you have a down pillow plus pillow protector.

A very comfortable pillow. A little firmer than anticipated, even after a few days, but still soft enough for comfort. No odour. Good covering. Delivered swiftly.
Fabulous pillows. Bought 2 of the firm ones. Are really quite firm which I anticipate may settle in time but for now wonderful.
I’ve just had a baby so the luxury is so so needed right now. The extra support for my back when using proped up. Or when “sleeping” is amazing.
Our bed feels silky smooth and looks luxurious too. The duvet cover with its edge detail makes it appear much larger than it is, giving a sumptuous appearance. The sheet fits our deep mattress perfectly and doesn’t need readjusting each morning. We’re delighted and have just ordered another set.
Having invested in a new Harrison Spinks mattress we wanted a mattress protector to compliment it. The Scooms mattress protector being all cotton seems to be unique in the marketplace and therefore appeared to be the ideal partner. It washed well at home, even being a superking size, dried nicely and fitted the deep mattress perfectly. It’s comfortable and breathes too. We’re very happy with our purchase.

Tried Scooms as very frustrated with White Company online systems However I was able to add an item to my initial order painlessly and all items came in the one package and much less plastic The sheets are top quality and generously sized . Highly recommended
I had no idea how much I actually needed this duvet. I chose it because I didn’t want a synthetic one and I have mild allergies.
But this has changed my sleeping experience. I sleep warm but not too hot. I snuggle down and feel cosy and relaxed.
