After 10 days, we are very pleased with this duvet. Not sure whether 9 tog would be warm enough but it's better than our old 13.5 tog.
The buying and delivery experiences were very easy and efficient.
Like their bedding, this duvet is of a very high quality! Beautifully made with a luxurious outer cotton cover and filled with feathers. What’s great about this is it covers you but not heavily, just enough to keep you warm, snug & cozy all night! It almost feels like it fits you!!!!! Highly recommend, I have purchased one for the summer too.

I like my Hungarian goose down duvet. Before I ordered I called Scooms to check if the 9 tog piece alone is ok for winter in London. Scooms was very frank and told me it would be, especially in my case where I would turn on heating. At the end I did buy the 4.5 tog piece as well, as I sometimes have guests staying with me. I wrote this review after I’ve used my 9 tog one for almost a month. It’s very warm and comfy. The only downside is that the duvet is a bit heavy. I turned my heater on before I sleep to warm up my room but turned it off after I went to bed. The 9 tog one is sufficiently warm for me throughout the night.
Unsure if these actually work!!!
Used few times now haven't really noticed a difference.
Doubt if using wrong as you just pop four in tumble dryer.

This quilt holds me prisoner every time I’m under it. I’m so warm and cosy. Don’t find it too warm, got the all year round 9 + 3.5 tog quilts, I’m on my own, so this keeps me cosy, that word again.
It’s not heavy, not noisy and wonderfully full. I hadn’t come across these poppers before and they were a bit fiddly, but no more so than buttons. I have a muscle wasting issue and thumb strength is poor, but these were fairly straightforward.

This was my last attempt to buy a pillow online. i liked the fact Scooms was open about the ethics of their down. I love the pillow. it's perfect for me. I bought medium-firm and it's very generously packed. I sleep on my back and it's very supportive BUT soft. just what i wanted. My head doesn't hurt on it but my neck feels supported as well as my head. I'd definitely recommend. i also love thumping it to fluff it up!
What I like about this duvet is it has a good weight (satisfyingly heavy but not too heavy), which feels like quality, combined with excellent warmth. A must-have feature is the splitting into two, so that a lighter duvet can be used in the summer. It is relatively expensive, but I feel worth it for a quality item that will last many years.
Lovely warm and cosy duvet. Like that it doesn’t make crinkly noise. Excellent and fast service from ordering to delivery. Can highly recommend Scooms.
Excellent quality but not as soft as I imagined. I am hoping that they will soften with more use and did wonder initially if I had been sent the firmer option in error. I could not find any indication on the product or packaging to indicate that it is the softer version of pillow. It is early days as I have actually only used the pillows for a week and reserve final judgement but at the moment I cannot say that I am experiencing ‘my head resting on a cloud ‘ !
This is a lovely soft pillowcase. It makes for a very comfortable sleep. It was securely packed and a swift delivery.
Immediately obvious that the bedding was lovely, even more than the samples suggested they'd be.
I get very warm while sleeping under a winter high tog feather and down duvet, so thought to try a pure down duvet in a lower tog. The 4.5 tog Scooms Hungarian down duvet is perfect for me as the down is light and very warm for me even in winter with the window open!
This is our second Scooms duvet. We replaced my son’s flat rather useless high-street brand duvet with the 4.5 +2.5 tog all seasons just in time for this cold spell. It transformed his bed into a comfy cocoon. We have the 4.5tog on our bed. The 4.5 tog looks like our old higher tog one as it is so fluffy yet I never get too hot. The quality of these are worth the price.

Recently bought the Hungarian goose down 9 tog duvet and soft-med pillows. Very well made and comfortable. The duvet is light in weight but really warm and cosy. Love the little feet tag at the end of the duvet so you know which end is the bottom! The customer service was very helpful in providing advice prior to purchase and with arranging delivery.
I rarely write a review on products even though they may be great products. This is my first review. December 22 2024 will be 4 years since I got my first 13.5 tog Duvet and beddings. I still love them like day 1. Guests enjoy the Duvet so much. I am back to get one for my daughter. You are the best out there. The only small issue is that the fasteners come off and the green storage bags are beautiful but it rips. No biggie. I love you guys for giving me a great night sleep. Emily was very helpful during my purchase. Shout out to Emily if still there. Service is top-notch

The diffuser was securely packaged in a sturdy box and delivered very quickly. I bought the peppermint, eucalyptus & tea tree fragrance for myself. It has a lovely 'clean' refreshing scent. It is subtle, unlike the overpowering scent of some artificial room scents.
2 years later I’m still very satisfied with my duvet. I use it year round and it’s still soft and warm as ever! Also a special mention for the customer service, they are really good and make you feel cared for.
