Getting your order to you
Order by 3pm on a weekday and a mainland UK order £50+ will arrive the next day, Monday to Friday. European orders are sent with duties and taxes already paid so there's no extra costs on delivery.
We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

*During very busy periods DPD can't guarantee next day delivery, though they do their best.
Delivery note:
- Orders placed between 3pm Thursday and 3pm Friday are dispatched for Monday delivery - unless you've paid for Saturday delivery.
- Bank holiday Monday 31 August - Our warehouse will be closed and deliveries will resume the next day.

How next day DPD delivery works:
- Order by 3pm on a weekday and your parcel is delivered Monday to Friday - or Saturday, if you've chosen it - in a one hour time slot.
- We'll email your tracking details as soon as your order is despatched.
- On the morning of your delivery, DPD will email or text your one hour slot.
- Prefer it left somewhere safe? Choose your delivery option via the DPD email or the DPD app.
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Sent via DPD or Royal Mail, arriving in 2-4 days. We'll email your tracking number so you can follow its progress.
- Northern Ireland - £5
- Channel Islands & Isle of Man - £10. (Once your order arrives, email sleep@scooms.com and we'll arrange your VAT rebate.)
Europe
No duties, no surprises - We prepay every import duty and tax for European orders, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Orders are sent via DPD or a local carrier and arrive in 2–14 days. EU VAT regulations mean there's a minimum order of €150.

USA, Canada, Hong Kong, UAE & Australia
Sent via UPS or a local carrier, arriving in 3–11 days, with tracking emailed to you. There's a minimum spend of roughly £150 per order, set in local currency:

Duties and taxes: You'll be liable for any taxes or duties that may be due.
- USA: Orders are subject to US duty charges, which vary by country of origin and product type.
- Canada & Australia: Import duties and GST may be payable in some regions.
A note on US sizing: US and UK bedding sizes differ slightly. The closest matches are:
- US King → UK Super king
- US Queen → UK King
- US Full → UK Double
- US Twin → UK Single

Pre-ordering
If something you want is out of stock, you can reserve it.
- Order as usual from the product page - Payment is taken when you place the order, not later.
- Everything arrives together - If your order includes other items, we'll hold them and send the whole order in one delivery once the reserved product is back.
- We'll keep you posted - You'll get an approximate delivery date by email and we'll let you know if anything changes. In the unlikely event we can't fulfil your pre-order, we'll offer a refund or a replacement.
Planet-friendly materials & packaging
Our products are free from single-use plastics, toxins and chemicals and arrive in reusable, recyclable packaging.
