Frequently asked questions
View allYes, percale weave cotton bedding can definitely be used year round. It has a different feel to sateen weave cotton bedding so it depends on your personal preference. Percale bedding has a matte finish and crisp, cool feel, whereas sateen bedding has a slightly silky look and cosier feel.
With proper care, high quality percale sheets will last for many years. We use the finest Egyptian cotton for our percale sheets which makes them very durable.
Percale sheets are more prone to wrinkling than sateen sheets due to the plain weave. We recommend removing your sheets from your tumble dryer as soon as the cycle is finished and putting them on your bed straight away to reduce wrinkles or ironing your bedding while slightly damp.
