Keep your pillows fresher and cleaner with our 100% cotton pillow protectors. Crafted from breathable, absorbent, moisture wicking and naturally stretchy jersey cotton that will gently flex with the loft your pillow, allowing the filling to remain airy and fluffy.

Featuring a hidden zip closure at one end to fully encase your pillow, our easily washable pillow protector will help prevent the build-up of allergens and moisture (from sweat, oils, drool) in your pillow. Like the rest of the Scooms bedding range, it's reassuringly Oeko-Tex 100 Standard certified.

Our pillow protector comes in packs of two, in standard (50 x 75cm) and king (50 x 90cm) sizes, in a matching cotton storage bag and plastic free, recyclable outer packaging. 

Materials:

  • Fabric: 100% pure jersey cotton.
  • Weight: 160 GSM (grams per square meter).
  • Feel: Soft, comfy and light.
  • Fastening: Hidden zip closure at one end.

Care:

  • Made slightly oversized to allow for natural shrinkage when first washed.
  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30° to 40° before use and then once every 1-4 weeks - Turn pillow protector inside out and close the zip before washing.
  • Use a mild non-bio (enzyme free) detergent sparingly.
  • Fabric softener can reduce the elasticity of the jersey fabric so it is best not to use it but if you do, use only a small amount.
  • Wash separately or only with other white cotton bedding. Washing with clothing may cause friction leading to piling. Washing with darker colours may cause changes in colour.
  • Line dry or tumble dry at lower heat, removing promptly from the dryer to prevent wrinkles. Use our Wool Tumble Dryer Balls to reduce tumble drying time and add a little extra softness without using chemicals.
