Every Scooms pillow you buy comes with a free pillow storage bag. If you need an extra storage bag, you can buy one here.

Our breathable green material pillow storage bags come with a zip closure and carry handle, so you can easily store your spare pillows. It measures 75cm x 50cm + 7cm and fits either a standard size or a king size pillow.

We recommend airing your Scooms pillow (either inside or outside) for 48 hours before you place it in the storage bag, to make sure that there is no moisture trapped inside.

Mainland UK £50+: Next day delivery in one hour time slots via DPD - Free.
Mainland UK under £50: 2-3 day delivery via Royal Mail - £3.95.
Mainland UK Saturday delivery: £9.95.
Northern Ireland & non-mainland UK: 2-4 day delivery via DPD.
Europe: 2 to 14 days with DPD or local carrier. (No duties to pay).
USA, Canada, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia: 3 to 11 days with UPS.

Returns:

30 night returns: If unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging.
Free mainland UK returns & exchanges: Via a DPD pickup shop with either a prepaid print at home returns label or a QR code.
Secure packing: Use the original packing envelope / box or another secure cardboard box. We cannot accept returns in plastic bags or wrapping as this can tear damaging the contents.
