• Filling: Hungarian goose down & selected small white Hungarian goose feather.
• Cover: 100% super soft sateen cotton, in 300 thread count with a special tight dust mite proof weave.
• Chamber construction: Medium firm inner core: 15% down + 85% feather; softer outer chambers: 90% down + 10% feather.

Care:

• Shake and plump up your pillow daily to keep the goose down airy.
• Stand your pillow up each morning and open the window to allow air to circulate.
• Use a pillowcase in a breathable material like 100% cotton or linen and change it once a week or more often. Synthetics aren't breathable.
• A breathable cotton pillow protector can stop moisture and allergens - Make sure it isn't too tight, affecting the loft and feel of the pillow.
• Wash at 40° every 6-12 months using non-bio (enzyme free) detergent - about a third of the usual amount.
• Tumble dry on low heat. A pillow takes longer to dry than a clothes load. Shake the pillow several times during drying to prevent clumping.

• Replace your pillow every 1 to 2 years for peak support.

Clearance returns:

• 14 day returns: Products must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Inform Scooms within 14 days of purchase and return products within 28 days for a full refund.
• All clearance products are returnable at customer cost and the 60 sleeps' trial does not apply.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are returned. We recommend using a trackable returns service. Scooms will only refund items that we receive.
• Or book a Scooms return for £10: Contact us to arrange a DPD return via a DPD pickup shop with either a prepaid print at home returns label or a QR code. The £10 fee will be deducted from your refund. (Mainland UK postcodes only.)
• Secure packing: Use the original box or another secure cardboard box. We cannot accept returns in plastic bags or wrapping as this can tear damaging the contents.
