Say hello to our new all-natural cotton & linen throws, the latest addition to our range of lovely things. Crafted from a blend of 82% cotton for lightweight softness, with 18% linen to add strength, durability and an invitingly crinkled look.

Our throws measure 180 x 200cm (w x l) - as big as a super king mattress - and come in three undeniably soothing colours:

  • Moss
  • Rust
  • Stone

Our cotton & linen throws are lovingly made in Portugal by one of the oldest, family-owned Portuguese makers of home textiles.

We also make Merino Lambswool throws in five colours and a lovely herringbone pattern.

Materials:

  • Fabric: 82% cotton & 18% linen.
  • Size: 180 x 200cm (w x l) - the same size as a super king mattress.

Care:

  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30° to 40°.
  • Line dry or tumble dry at lower heat, removing promptly from the dryer to prevent wrinkles. Use our Wool Tumble Dryer Balls to reduce tumble drying time and add a little extra softness without using chemicals.
  • Don't iron - it's meant to be crinkly.

Returns:

  • 30 night returns: If unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging.
  • Free UK returns & exchanges: Via a Royal Mail shop with either a prepaid print at home returns label, QR code or home collection.
  • Cardboard packaging: Use the original packing box or another secure cardboard box. We can't accept returns in plastic bags or wrapping as this can tear damaging the contents.

Yes, the Scooms cotton & linen throw is machine washable at 30-40° and can be air dried or tumble dried on a low heat setting. We don't recommend ironing our throws as they have a natural, crinkled texture which gives a relaxed laid-back appearance.

For an effortlessly relaxed look, fold your throw lengthways and drape it across the bottom third of your bed. Alternatively, fold it neatly at the foot of the bed for a more tailored finish. Layering different textures and complementary colours is a lovely way to add depth and interest to your bedroom and really make it feel like a sanctuary for your sleep.
