It's a pleasure buying a Scooms duvet. It starts with the website. There is plenty of helpful material and advice to give you confidence that you are making the right choice
Then the level of service is better than you expect. We ordered after the advertised cut-off time but the duvet arrived the following day, a Saturday. Very impressive.
Finally the quality of the duvet is clear. We have the 4 seasons Hungarian down duvet and it is everything that is promised.

We have had the 4 seasons duvet for more than a month. My partner is always hot and I am always cold at night, but we finally managed to be happy with the same duvet. 4.5 tog was perfect for September, we switched to 9 tog mid October.
The quality of the duvet is very good, it’s comfortable and fluffy like sleeping in a cloud.

We took advantage of Scooms 60 night sleep guarantee, having originally ordered a 4.5 tog duvet. It was too hot for us, so we changed it to the 2.5 tog.

I spent literally months trying to find a duvet that had good reviews, that was actually going to last and be comfortable for both my husband (always warm) and I (always cold) and I was so skeptical about spending this much money, but after so many duvets that were around £150-200 and still not keeping us warm in the winter, or all season duvets that would unclip or feather duvets that would clump this was a risk we had to take and I’m so glad we did. The quality immediately from unboxing is unmatched and we love the weight and cosy feel and we’ve both had much better sleep, even my husband is loving it and not getting too hot with both duvets connected. We’ve not had it too long so can’t comment on longevity but it already is ten times better than any others we have tried, and we have tried a lot! Will definitely recommend and wouldn’t buy another brand of duvet now.

I absolutely love the duvert, is light weight but so warm and confortable in the same time, you feel like wrapped in a cloud with it, I can say is the best I have ever had and experienced so far, definitely worth to have it in my life. Sleep is so important and comfort is what makes is better. Thank you for your products! I am just about to order one for my mother in law, she loves good quality so she will like me more 😊

I ordered this lighter weight duvet to replace my heavier NY winter one and it's so wonderful, I think I might order a heavier one for the cooler months here. It's really well made and warm without being heavy or too much. It was a noticeable difference from our other one. The on line ordering and shipping updates/delivery were seamless and it arrived within a week. It's really impressive quality and worth all of the 5 star reviews I looked at before I ordered. I would highly recommend any of their duvets based on this one.

Pricey but worth it. Gorgeous duvets - I bought the all season 9 plus 4.5 tog. Instead of the faff of attaching them together and then taking them apart, which life is too short to do in my opinion, I have put duvet covers on both. I use one or the other, or both together depending on how warm or cold I am. Paired with linen bedding, I’m now loving bedtime. Great company, great service and great products.
