A standard pillowcase measures 50cm x 75cm and is designed to fit a standard pillow of the same size. This is the most popular size pillowcase.
What size is a king pillowcase?
A king size pillowcase measures 50cm x 90cm and is designed to fit a king size pillow of the same size. A king pillowcase can also be called a superking pillowcase.
What size is a square pillowcase ?
A square pillowcase measures 65cm x 65cm. They tend be be used as decorative pillows rather than pillows that are for sleeping on.
Both standard and king size pillows will fit pillows of different firmnesses.

To find out how big your pillowcase is you need to measure your pillowcase from seam to seam. It is essentially the internal dimensions that you need. Ignore any fabric borders around the edge.
