• GSM: Towels - 720gsm; Bath mat - 1000gsm (grams per square metre).
• Towel pile: 15/1 single yarn, combed Egyptian cotton.
• Bath mat pile: 12/2 double yarn, combed Egyptian cotton.
• Details: Double stitched edging for durability & handy towel hanging hooks.

Care:

• Wash your towels at 40° before use and then once a week, or go greener at 30°.
• Ideally wash your towels only with other towels and separate colours.
• Don't add more detergent than required as this can clog up your machine and your towels.
• Use fabric conditioner sparingly or ideally not at all. Fabric conditioners can decrease the absorbency and softness of your towels.
• Tumble dry low/medium or line dry, then shake out.
• Use our Wool Tumble Dryer Balls to reduce drying time and fluff your towels up naturally.

• Europe: 2 to 14 days with DPD or local carrier. (No duties to pay).
• USA, Canada, Australia: 4 to 6 days with UPS.

Clearance returns:

• 14 day returns: Products must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Inform Scooms within 14 days of purchase and return products within 28 days for a full refund.
• All clearance products are returnable at customer cost and the 60 sleeps' trial does not apply.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are returned. We recommend using a trackable returns service. Scooms will only refund items that we receive.
• Or book a Scooms return for £10: Contact us to arrange a DPD return via a DPD pickup shop with either a prepaid print at home returns label or a QR code. The £10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Secure packing: Use the original box or another secure cardboard box. We cannot accept returns in plastic bags or wrapping as this can tear damaging the contents.
